After having authorization to proceed LEGALLY on clients request by our advocate & associates on pre approved agreed cost like legal charges, filing charges etc.initiates further action . Consequences & risk involves when the claim information is incorrect , we  do not accept incorrect claims to proceed & rejects if found incorrect any time during the legal course of action refunding 50% of fees charged  .

In case if you do not have documents & still  wish to Correct CIBIL then It take a little more time to obtain documents from concerned lending Company  / Bank or Financers to proceed  .

Our aim is to free up those CLIENT S / BUSINESS / INDUSTRIES  who are facing huge problems & are express helpless because banks are not funding them & agencies deny rectifying & restoring correct position ....

EXPECTED REMEDY 

If the Claim is genuine , We can expect legal remedy in favour subject to the production of authentic documents in original or true copy . Inaccuracy of any Claim or incorrect documents are not considered & such claims are refused to proceed & Charges received if any are refunded without any notice or intimation

Applicable Charges 5500/-  before Legal filling.

Pay Fees Rs.5500/- Excludes Legal Notice charges ( For every additional discrepancy  fees 2000/- be add & Paid). Pay 5500/- to process .NOTICE Charges will be applicable on actual NOTICE initiation.  ASK FOR PAYMENT LINK .

1)Raising Discrepancy of records & Communication.

2)Intimation Draft includes (Without Plaint & Draft ) 

3)All Official Communication  through mail and registered post charges charged included .

3) Obtaining authentic document from Banks / Lenders & Finance Companies to resolve the issue .

 

Charges Excludes 
1)3500/- for Legal Notice .

2)Followups & Visit to Concerned Officer 1000/-  chgd.

3)Legal action against Credit Reporting Agency  . .

4)Additional discrepancy  fees 2000/-  ) .
